The Colonial house in Fremantle is a typical Fremantle limestone and brick home built around 1900 the has lots of character, The house has been laid out with 3 bedrooms and a living room, there is also a Studio in the back garden with a queen bed. The is one refurbished bathroom in the house with an additional toilet in the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook meals and entertain at the house, the kitchen has a large oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc.... there is a large lounge/dining room and TV room at the back of the house.
There is a outdoor entertaining area in the back court yard with gas BBQ

This house is located in Fremantle, a short walk from the cappuccino strip or Jump on the local FREE Cat bus to explore all Fremantle has to offer it comes every 10 minutes from around the corner
Perth is easily accessed by train, Swan River taxi and by car.
Day trips include the beautiful Swan Valley - where you can drive round and have a nice lunch at the local wineries, boutique breweries and restaurants - and Rottnest Island, ferries run from behind the train station.
Margaret River is a 2.5 hour drive south - which is home to WA's famous wine region and surfing spots!
