The house is ideally suited for 1 or 2 families, it is totally child-friendly and perfect for overseas and long-distance visitors to have all the comforts of home.

Downstairs features 2 large bedrooms, a laid-back living room with a gorgeous brown leather settee and french doors opening to a relaxed patio/breakfast area. a fully equipped rustic kitchen with doors opening out to the charming and secluded garden with a large lawned area. There's also a fully refurbished bathroom with shower and bath.

Upstairs is a separate living area - a beautiful 'sun' room or games room with french doors opening onto a sunny north facing balcony, perfect for morning coffee and croissants. A large bedroom with ensuite bathroom provides an element of separation from the rest of the house. There is also a bunk bed room with air conditioner 

Off street parking

A cot and high chair can be provided if requested.

This is house is located in the heart of South Fremantle, a stone's throw from South Beach and within easy walking distance of the centre of Fremantle or jump on the local FREE Cat bus to explore all Fremantle has to offer.
The Fremantle sailing club is just down the street

South Fremantle is the ideal place to stay for visitors to Fremantle, close to South Beach and on the Free CAT buss ride to All of Fremantle's attractions - featuring the famous cappuccino strip, Markets, boutique shops, cafes, bars, restaurants are just around the corner.

Perth is easily accessed by train, swan river taxi and by car.

Day trips include the beautiful Swan valley were you can drive round and have a nice lunch at the local winnery's, boutique breweries and resturants,

Margaret River is a 2.5 hour drive south - which is home to WA's famous wine region and surfing spots!
