We have a unique weather system here with the Fremantle doctor (the wind will come from the east in the morning and turns and comes off the ocean in the afternoon). this offers natural air-conditioning when you open windows early evening and mornings - reminder to close them and curtains during the day helps to keep the house cool. Otherwise Split system air-conditioning in each room is available.

The perfect spot to walk or catch the free CAT bus to everything - South Beach, the fishing boat harbour, South Fremantle, Cappuccino strip, Esplanade Park and Fremantle centre.
